SHIPPING & RETURNS

Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during holidays.

We are unable to make changes once an order is placed, however you can email us at bodyandsoulcandle@gmail.com with any questions. Assistance is only available Monday through Friday.

 

Domestic Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States and free delivery to locate Phoenix, Arizona zip codes. All other rates will be determined by shipping carriers. Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times range 3-5 business days, depending on shipping method and delivery destination.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created. 

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

 

We currently do not offer International shipping.

Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Body and Soul Candle products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact us at bodyandsoulcandle@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving product. We require a proof of purchase (e.g. your Body and Soul Candle. order number, order confirmation email, store receipt, etc).

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 5 days of delivery.

NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, gift cards, or items not produced by Body and Soul Candle are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
